FAQ
Answers to your most common questions
Q Is this a one-way cruise?
Yes — you board in Barcelona and disembark in Lisbon. You'll need to arrange flights to Barcelona and home from Lisbon separately.
Q Can I visit the Alhambra from Motril?
Yes! Granada is about 70 minutes from Motril by bus or taxi. Pre-book Alhambra tickets months in advance — they sell out. The late 11:59 PM departure gives you plenty of time.
Q What is NCL's Freestyle Cruising?
No fixed dining times, no assigned tables, no formal dress code. Eat where you want, when you want. It's the most flexible cruise experience available.
Q Is Gibraltar a country?
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory at the southern tip of Spain. You'll see British phone boxes and pubs alongside Mediterranean architecture. No visa needed for most nationalities.
